Marinated chicken thighs in yoghurt, garlic, lemon zest & mint served on a morrocan warm couscous.
Seabass fillets grilled and finished in oven with fresh herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
Beef Madras Curry
Beef chunks in madras seasoning , slowly cooked to tenderness served with basmati rice and garlic paratha.
Lamb shank braised for 2 hours in red wine, onions, carrots, celery and thyme.
Roasted pork loin cutlets served in gravy and mashed potato.
